Ronald Bruce Boosalis, 67, loving husband and father, passed away and went Home to be with his Savior on September 29, 2020. Ron was born on March 5, 1953 in Long Beach, CA to Nickolas George and Sophia Rita Boosalis. He worked as a service planner at Southern California Edison for 37 years. On August 6, 1997, he married Teri (Unander). Together they faced the joys and challenges of a blended family. Ron became a follower of Jesus in 1977. He loved to study the Bible, memorize Scripture, and tell others about the saving grace of Jesus. He loved to play both electric and acoustic guitar, sharing his talent in church, at home, and in his band Tetelestai. Ron wrote countless inspirational songs that expressed his love and gratitude to God. He enjoyed creating beautiful keepsake boxes and furniture with his woodworking talent. He loved strolling around Disneyland, holding hands with Teri, and sipping a hot cup of coffee. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and feed a hungry belly. His warm smile and caring heart will be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father Nickolas Boosalis and stepfather John Carroll. He is survived by his wife Teri Boosalis, mother Sophia Boosalis, brother Nick Boosalis (Lindsy), children Chris Boosalis (Jennifer), Garrett Boosalis, Justin Boosalis (Melissa), Jennifer McOwen (Brad), Jeff Unander (Maggie), Courtney Unander (Alex) and ten grandchildren.
