Esther Levesque, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend was called home by the Lord on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the age of 57. She was born on November 26, 1965 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. A kind, beautiful and amazing soul was taken from us far too soon. Those of you that had the pleasure of knowing Esther knew that when you walked into her home, you were a part of the family as well. She was the tiniest and sweetest person with a heart that was larger than life. She passed while protecting her 17-year-old son Christopher like the mamma bear that she was. Esther dedicated her life to her husband and children. She lovingly cared for her husband throughout his illness to the end. Esther tirelessly volunteered at all her children’s schools for 23 years. Duties ranged from instructional assistant, PTA involvement, working with special needs children, to crossing guard. She volunteered at St. Junipero Serra Catholic church for many years as a religious education teacher. Her kindness and love were not limited to humans. It extended to all her four-legged furry friends. She had immense love for them and was always trying to find homes for rescue/stray animals and for the ones she could not find a home, they became hers. Esther worked as an auditor for three years and Bank of America for 10 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 22 years, Joseph L., her father Julian T., Grandmother (Itos) Guadalupe C., and uncle Justin C. She will be loved and remembered always by her mother, Trini T., and her children; Natalia C. (Jon), Alexandria N., David D., Michelle S. (Jacob), Joseph L., Christopher R., Michael R., and Sarah R. Her grandchildren, who knew her as Gramita, will forever love and treasure her memory. They are Tyler C., Ashlynn C., Gavin S., Miles W., Aubrielle S., Kira S., Aizlinn S., Phoenix T. Also left to cherish her memory are her sisters; Teresa W. (Terrence), Patricia M. (Armando), Nieces and Nephews; Robert E. (Nina), Victoria E., Lauren C. (Guadalupe), Tiana W., Daniel M., Trenton W., Elijah E., and Sophia E., and numerous other beloved family members and friends.
