Raymund “Ray” Villaflor Juni was a loving partner, father, grandfather, brother, and son. He passed suddenly on March 2, 2023 at the age of 56.

Ray was born in Manila, Philippines. He came to the United States at the age of 13 and grew up in Orange County, California. He later moved to the Santa Clarita Valley and began working as a service technician for Image 2000, where he was a dedicated and loyal employee for 26 years. Ray met his partner, Laura, through his work at Henry Mayo Hospital and instantly gained a family.

Ray was a sweet and friendly man who always wore a smile in his eyes. He loved everyone as his own and often extended invitations to those around him in his social plans. He was family oriented and loved to make people laugh. His family has many fond memories of him making faces for the camera and sharing his obsession with flashlights with them. Ray’s other hobbies included building cars and racing. He had a passion for cars.

Ray was loved by many. He is survived by his partner Laura; his daughters Clarissa, Christina, and Caitlin; his mother, Angela; and his sisters Agnes, Ann, and Nanette. He will be remembered dearly.

A viewing is scheduled for 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, 3/16/23, with Rosary Prayer at 5:30 p.m., at Valley of the Peace Mortuary, 26841 Reuther Ave., Suite A, Santa Clarita, 91350. A mass and funeral service is scheduled for 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 3/17/23 at St. Clare Catholic Church, 19606 Calla Way, Canyon Country, 91351.
