Ernesto "Ernie" Mena Obituary

Ernie Mena fought a courageous battle against COVID-19. He was a faithful husband, an amazing father, and the best brother, brother-in-law, and friend anyone could ask for. He impacted countless lives with his genuineness, friendship, and amazing BBQ skills. He will be missed by so many families, friends, and colleagues. Ernie was born in San Fernando, CA on July 26, 1969, and passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021, at Panorama City Kaiser Permanente. He was raised in Pacoima with his loving parents, Erasto and Josefina Mena, and his three sisters, Veronica, Adriana, and Analilia. There were a few things close to his heart. His love for God and his family, and the outdoors. He had a heart of a servant and loved without expecting anything in return. Ernie will be greatly missed by all, but especially, his wife Christina of 24 years and his two children, Kayla (17) and Mark (9).
