Obituary of Daniel M Sullivan

Daniel M. Sullivan “Danny” December 10, 1991 ~ February 8, 2021 Danny Sullivan, at the age of 29, left us on Monday, February 8, 2021. He was an incredibly loving son, charming, funny and fun, a friend to all, and always left a lasting impression on the hearts of those he met. He leaves behind his mom, Terasa Papa, his dad, Mike Sullivan, his half-sister Ashley Sullivan, his grandpop, Tony Papa, and his many aunts, uncles, and cousins. His cat, Allie, will also greatly miss him and his hugs. He was an active participant in the Santa Clarita community where he lived his life with his “momma”. His favorite activities were horseback riding, bowling, basketball, and attending social events. He was a graduate of Golden Valley High School and the Transitional Learning Center in Santa Clarita. Danny was known for his friendly and out-going nature, his love of keys, certain cars and diesel trucks, with an extra special fascination for the “big red truck” and the local KHTS firetruck. One of the most endearing things about Danny is he would create his own special sayings with those he was closest to which was shared as a bond just between them. Though he left this world too soon, his love, light, laughter and “Danny-isms” will shine on in all who knew and loved him. His short presence on earth was the most precious and blessed gift ~ he will be missed beyond measure. A Celebration of Life will be held at Carousel Ranch after a private family memorial service takes place. In lieu of flowers, Danny’s family is asking for donations to be sent to Carousel Ranch, Santa Clarita Valley Special Olympics, or Young Life/Fun Life Santa Clarita Valley, to help children and adults with special needs live their fullest, most active life, as their beloved Danny did.
