Francine Annette Carroll (Llarena), born on July 26, 1955, in Lancaster, California, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2024. A lifelong resident of Antelope Acres, Francine dedicated her life to family, education, and community, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, loyalty, and resilience.
Francine worked for Westside Union School District as a teacher’s aide for over 40 years, nurturing children across preschool, elementary, and junior high schools. Her firm but gentle guidance and dedication impacted countless young lives. Her warmth and patience touched everyone she encountered.
She was a woman of many passions. Francine loved camping by the beach, cruising the open seas, and exploring new places with her loved ones. A committed and active participant in 4-H, she carried on a family tradition of involvement and community service that spanned her entire life.
Francine is survived by her beloved husband, Bruce; her daughters, Melissa and Jamie; her son, Chace; her siblings, Marlene, Tom, Joy, Jeanette, Ging and Rick; and her numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. Her family and friends remember her as a woman of deep loyalty and independence, a compassionate soul who was both strong-willed and endlessly giving.
Her family and community will miss her deeply, but Francine’s spirit will live on through the lives she touched and the memories shared with those who knew her. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date, where friends and family will gather to honor her memory and share stories of the joy she brought into the world.
