Jean Marie Moreno Postigo, born in Santa Monica, California on June 3rd, 1955, passed away peacefully in hospice care at the age of 68 on Wednesday, March 27th, 2024, in Lancaster, California.

After spending her childhood in Santa Monica, Jean Marie relocated to the San Fernando Valley and settled in Lancaster twenty years ago.

She is survived by her six children: Monica Del Valle, Linda Moreno, Yolanda Avila, Teresa Moreno, Lorena Garcia, and Miguel Garcia. Her legacy lives on through her 25 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Devoted to her family, Jean Marie was actively involved in the lives of many of her grandchildren. She enjoyed a successful 20-year career selling Avon products. Beyond work, she found great pleasure in crafting, particularly textiles and fabric art. When she wasn't creating with her sewing machine or embroidering, Jean Marie could be found engrossed in a crime novel or another captivating book. Additionally, she had a sweet tooth and especially loved strawberry pancakes.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, April 8th, at Valley of Peace Cremation & Burial in Lancaster, California.
