Obituary of Brian Keith Grunwald

Brian Keith Grunwald, age of 66 passed away suddenly on the 11th of July 2023 in his Palmdale Ca. home of cardio pulmonary. A small family Funeral service with burial will be held at graveside AV-Lancaster Cemetery 111 E. Lancaster Blvd. Lancaster, CA. 93535 Garden Section Grave 22 Lot D block U on 16th Oct 2023 at 11 A.M. with his adorned memorial of mother Mardell Elizabeth Hager. Brian was born in Glendale, Ca. to Alfred Henry Grunwald and Mardell Elizabeth Hager on the 10th of July 1957. He was baptized Baptist in Walnut Ridge AR. where his mother was born. Brian went to school at Polytech high and Pierce College. After serving in the Navy as a color guard, he worked years in the aerospace industry in Burbank then the Antelope Valley where his Palmdale home was. Brian then worked as semitruck driver. And later 13 years as a dedicated caregiver for his beloved mother. Brian never married or had children, but enjoyed his beer with many years of watching sports and playing videos with his nephews. His passion was baseball because his father Al was a professional baseball player. He also loved anything to do with the VA. Brian is survived by his brothers Douglas and Rick Grunwald, his brother Vic McDaniel’s wife Terri, Nephews Jason, Jake (Taryn), Matt, Rob Grunwald, Brandon, Ian McDaniel, and niece- Amanda Grunwald. And Jake and Taryn’s 5 kids, Sawyer, Tenley, Charlotte, Bailey, and Abby. Memorial donations flowers can be sent to the above cemetery location the day of the service.
