Jessica Ann Moraitis, 51, of West Hills, California, passed away on October 29, 2025, surrounded by friends and family after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

Jessica was born on April 13, 1974, in Poughkeepsie, New York to Stathe and Patricia Moraitis. She grew up in Montrose, New York, where she became a mother at a young age and met life’s challenges with grace, determination, and an unwavering commitment to providing a bright future for her family. Jessica graduated from Hendrick Hudson High School in Buchanan and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from Pace University in Westchester. Her perseverance and work ethic carried her far, as she built a successful career spanning both the non-profit and proprietary insurance sectors in New York and later Los Angeles, where she relocated in 2009.

Throughout her career, Jessica was admired for her professionalism, intelligence, and steadfast dedication. She most recently served as Senior Manager of Carrier Relations at CRC Benefits, where she was respected by colleagues and valued for her integrity, leadership, and compassion.

Jessica is predeceased by her grandparents, Gregory and Aphrodite Moraitis of Peekskill, NY, and Joseph and Patricia Ferrusi of Buchanan, NY.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Christin (Sean Allan), and her cherished granddaughter, Olivia Allan, who brought immense joy and light to her life. She also leaves behind her loving parents, Stathe and Patricia Moraitis, sister, Jennifer Figueroa (Ricardo), brother, Gregory Moraitis (Alicia Underwood), her nieces, Alexandra and Madison Figueroa, and Ava and Lila Moraitis; her aunts and uncles, Barbra and Don Derosa, and Denise and Dennis Guercio; her cousins, Marisa and David Guercio; and many beloved cousins and lifelong friends.

Jessica will be remembered for her sharp wit, generous nature, and unwavering devotion to her loved ones. She was passionate about her work, her dogs, and the close circle of friends who stood by her throughout her life. Jessica found happiness in the everyday—whether spending quiet time with family, sharing laughter with friends, or simply enjoying the company of those she loved most. Her strength, humor, and warmth will remain an enduring presence in the hearts of all who knew her.

A memorial service in honor of Jessica’s life will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday November 10, 2025, at St Bernardine of Siena Church, 24410 Calvert St, Woodland Hills, CA.
