William "Bill" Force Obituary

William (Bill) Force 82, of Palmdale, CA passed away peacefully in his home with his wife, Andrea and brother, Jim at his side. He was born on October 17, 1943, in Los Angels, CA. Bill and his family moved to Ogden, Utah in 1957 and in 1961 Bill joined the Marine Corp. While in the Marines he was a Music Specialist and participated in the marching band. He was honorably discharged in 1964. He also lived in Peoria, Illinois for a few years.


He worked at Bermite Powder Co (munitions) in Saugus, CA for many years. Bill loved working on cars and made his career doing what he loved. At home he enjoyed working in the yard, Geocaching, and playing games on his computer. He loved Indian Artifacts, he and Andrea would often go to Powwows to listen to and watch the colorful dances and rituals. As a hobby, dabbled in making his own artifacts.


He is survived by his wife, Andrea of 38 years, stepsons Jason (Leona Valley, CA) and Stephen (Sammantha) (Las Vegas), 3 step grandchildren, Azumi, Ethan and Logan. He is also survived by 3 siblings, Jim(Linda-Maricopa, AZ), Linda (Maricopa, AZ) and Carol (Chino Valley, AZ), Many nieces and nephews.


There will be no service, in lieu of flowers, donations to The American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
