It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Beatrice Canedo de Saavedra, age 93, who passed away on March 7, 2025. Mary was born on November 23, 1931 and was a loving wife, mother, and sister. She is survived by her son, Christian and daughter-in-law, Rebecca.

Mary had a deep love for the outdoors and animals—dogs, cats, and birds filled her home with happiness. She also enjoyed traveling to many parts of the United States, and different countries during her youth. A generous and caring soul, Mary never forgot a birthday celebration or special occasion, always sending cards and warm wishes.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 11, at 12:30 p.m. - Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, 808 East Lancaster Blvd. in Lancaster, California 93535.

Mary will be profoundly missed and forever remembered.
